As a creative force behind Accountable Tech, a non-profit organization dedicated to mitigating the societal harms caused by Big Tech's platforms, I spearheaded a fresh take on their brand’s visual direction across its digital platforms, various campaigns, and through its research. Most notably, their No Deepfakes for Democracy campaign in addition to their full brand across social media platforms.
Understanding the organization’s need for a more robust video portfolio, I brought industry news to life by scripting recording, and producing direct-to-camera videos on timely issues and policy updates, ensuring these complex topics both resonated with their intended audiences, and followed social media trends.
Design Expressions
Building on their already established brand, I embraced their bolder colors, leaning into the navy and contrasting it with their bright yellow, which is coincidentally my favorite color. This allowed for the non-profit’s research to be presented in a more modern, fresh take by bolding copy, varying text weight, and incorporating large visual elements.
